How should Small Businesses Respond to COVID-19?

Within no time, the world has turned upside down.

There are two paths for a business owner. What he/she chooses will reflect their business post-COVID-19 disaster.

So, which path are you going to take?

Path #1 Attack:

RESEARCH, PLAN and EXECUTE the strategies. Study your competitors, know their weakness and attack them – while they sit on the couch and warm their ass. Strategize things – play chess, keep the next moves ready. Think of 6-7 months from now.

Path #2 Defend:

Believe in the government. Be a coward. Chill at home and say life is boring. Wind up the business activities and just try to survive. Not thinking of the future. Waiting for the situation to calm down.

Which #PATH do you choose?

The one less travelled by(Path #1 Attack) or do you want to follow the masses(Path #2 Defend)?

Regardless of the path you choose, we are here to help you. So, now you know which path we have decided to travel.

Now the obvious question will be “Hey, people aren’t buying anything right now”.

A true entrepreneur will find opportunities in both bull and the bear markets.

WARNING: “We know it is a very terrible time for most of the small and medium-sized businesses. Even we had to make some tough decisions just for the safety of our people. But there are also many advantages(don’t judge me on this) if you decide to make complete use of this time”.

Few things we are seeing around us right now

  1. More people are selling the courses online: These are the people who are making use of the situation to the fullest. People are scrolling through the feeds the entire day, there wouldn’t be a better day than this to maximize your audience reach. We used to research on the best time to post, now we need not do it. We can post content at any time of the day and it is reaching a lot of people.
  2. Supermarkets have scaled their home delivery: If not in other countries, at least in India the supermarket owners have started home delivery(of course it was quite common in urban cities but what I’m talking about right now are the tire-2 and tire-1 cities).
  3. Gyms are closed: Gyms are closed and the fitness influencers and booming in the market. One of our clients has also started online training, challenges for their customers. Right now he is not only handling his customers but he is also training a lot more people from different parts of the world.

These are just a few examples. There are much more businesses which are making use of this period.

I have been writing blogs on the things to be done in this COVID-19 period just to emphasise on the ACTIONS you must take.
